Working arrangements
Full time on site in the Canberra Office is preferred. Flexible working arrangements may be considered however only after commencement until such time the specified personnel can demonstrate they understand the ICT landscape, the requirements and objective of the project. Flexible working arrangements are subject to a separate approval process in accordance with the Department’s operational requirements and ICT Contractor Working from Home Guidelines, which still requires the contractor to be onsite in the office, at a minimum of 3 days per week. Any costs associated with a contractor working remotely under the ICT Contractor Working from Home Guidelines (eg, travel and accommodation, utilities, technical equipment etc.) will be borne by the contractor.
Security clearance
Other – The Department requires specified personnel to have a minimum BASELINE security clearance and undergo an onboarding check prior to commencement. Note: Seller will be required to meet the cost of any security clearances.

Criteria
Essential criteria
1. 3+ years’ experience in design and delivery of operational environments encompassing the disciplines as detailed in criteria 2.
2. Excellent working knowledge/experience with three or more the following: - Active Directory (Domain Services); – Windows/Unix Server; - Microsoft Exchange; - VMWare ESX Server, Hyper Converged Infrastructure environments and VM Cloud; - Databases – SQL & Oracle; - Network (LAN WAN and Gateway); - Cloud (Azure & AWS).
Desirable criteria
1. Whilst a Baseline Clearance is essential, a Negative Vetting Level 1 or Level 2 is highly desirable.
